Dispatch times vary as some pieces are made and ready to ship, whilst others are handmade to order and take a little longer. Below is a guide to the different dispatch time categories.

Ready made sea glass jewellery - up to 3 working days

Custom made bespoke jewellery - up to 7 working days

UK Special Delivery Next day tracked & signed - £6.50

Free shipping on orders over £100

 

International delivery - £10

Europe - 3-5 working days 

Rest of the world - 5-7 working days

RETURNS​

​

Please get in touch via the contact page within 14 working days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Customers are to cover the return postage cost and a refund will be issued upon receiving the returned items. 

​

For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.

Custom made bespoke designs cannot be returned.
